Support Agreement for an additional charge.
Annual Support is optional for user license packs of 1 -
250 and is required for user license packs of 500 or
more. The
Annual Support Agreement includes the following for one year
from the date of purchase: |

issues.
- Unlimited incidents via telephone regarding product
usage issues.
- Priority access to support engineers.
- Maximum response time of 24 hours Monday through Friday
(except U.S. holidays).
