Registered users of Transend products are entitled to the following free support services for 30 days from date of purchase:
 
  • Telephone support regarding installation and setup issues only.
     
  • Email and fax support regarding all product issues.
     
  • 2 incidents via telephone regarding product usage issues.
     
  • Free updates for 30 days from purchase date.
Annual Support Agreement
 
Transend offers an Annual Support Agreement for an additional charge.  Annual Support is optional for user license packs of 1 - 250 and is required for user license packs of 500 or more. The Annual Support Agreement includes the following for one year from the date of purchase:
 
  • Telephone support regarding installation and setup issues.
     
  • Telephone, email and fax support regarding all product issues.
     
  • Unlimited incidents via telephone regarding product usage issues.
     
  • Priority access to support engineers.
     
  • Maximum response time of 24 hours Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays).
     
  • Free updates for one year from purchase date.
