Our different service offerings are built on best practices methodology developed from experience migrating over 10 million mailboxes worldwide. Our team will review your current environment, assess your migration goals, and provide the most viable solution that will efficiently, cost-effectively and reliably migrate your data to a desired format. Transend Professional Services are able to migrate your data for you in one of three methods:

Remote Migration Professional Services

Customers (within a limited environment) can contract Transend to convert their data by giving Transend technicians remote access to their local systems. Remote conversion should be focused on a single site conversion and/or when data is centralized on a single server. Remote Migration Professional Services include:

• Analysis of customer’s environment
• Evaluation of customer’s current need
• Transend effectively prepares source and target environments 
• Remote training and/or remote workshops.
• Transend will remotely convert customer’s data from beginning to end.

Transend Data Center Professional Services

Transend offers in-house migration professional services to Forensic and smaller customers. Customers can send their data to Transend and we will perform the migration in our data center. The Data Center Professional Services include the following:

• Customer sends email data to Transend and specifies desired output format.
• Transend maintains chain of custody.
• Transend’s professional services team performs the migration, offering deduping and keyword searching.
• Transend can provide data in indexes which makes data-import into popular products like Concordance and Summation much easier.
• Transend sends back the data to the customer in the desired output format.
  
  

On-Site Migration Professional Services

Transend offers on-site migration and/or training professional services to larger customers with more complex migration needs. Transend’s Professional Services team will go on-site to the customer’s location and perform the migration and/or provide training services.
